ChatGPT ads for paver patios

Most of a paver patio is the part nobody sees.

  • Show the base depth before the price
  • Name your installer certification if you hold one
  • Test in January and February, before spring planning

Paver buyers worry about shifting before they worry about price. An installer's ChatGPT ad earns the click by showing what is under its patios: the base, the certification and the warranty. Those are the reasons to pay for pavers, so they come first.

Put the base on the page before the price

Shifting, settling and weeds are the worries, and the base is the reply: 4 to 6 inches of compacted crushed stone under a 1 inch bedding layer for a patio (Lowcountry Paver, 2026). If your crew holds the CMHA installer certification, which requires, among other things, 5 paver projects, 10,000 square feet of installation and an 80% exam score (CMHA, 2026), the ad says so.

Price the patio, not just the paver

Paver patios run $8 to $25 a square foot, and a typical 280 square foot patio averages $3,800 (HomeAdvisor, 2026). A per-square-foot number alone does not say what is included. The page lists the base work, the paver line and whether sealing is extra. Run the test in January and February, before spring planning starts.

A few things you might be wondering

What warranty can a paver ad mention?

Only the one you give. Manufacturer warranties cover the product, not settling. Unilock, for example, covers workmanship for 2 years only through its authorized contractors (Unilock, 2025). Your workmanship warranty, in years, is the line worth testing.

Can the ad offer a 3D design?

If you can deliver one. Belgard gives its authorized contractors free 3D renderings (Belgard, 2026), so for those firms it is a real offer. Anyone else should advertise the design step they actually provide.

Should driveways or walls be in the first test?

Keep the first test to patios. A paver driveway averages $12,000 (HomeAdvisor, 2026), and walls over 4 feet often need an engineer, so check local code. Each deserves its own page and budget once the patio test has been read.

Do homeowners hire a specialist for pavers?

Many do. In Houzz's 2026 outdoor study, 71% of renovating homeowners hired a pro and 20% hired a stone, paver or concrete specialist. The ad speaks to that buyer: someone who wants it built properly, not a weekend project.
