Pricing & contracts

What things cost, how billing works, and what you actually own.

Why is the $2,499 website less than what most boutique agencies charge?

We've built our process around automation-first tooling. What used to take an agency 40 to 80 hours of human labor takes our team 8 to 15 hours of judgment work, with the rest automated. We chose to pass the labor savings to clients instead of pocketing the margin. The deliverable matches what other boutique agencies build at $5k to $8k, we just don't bill for hours we don't have to work.

Is there any way to pay less up front?

Yes, rent it instead of owning it. $297 a month, no setup fee, no minimum term, and the site keeps growing with new pages every month and unlimited edits. The catch is that it stays in our accounts and comes down if you stop paying. You can buy it outright at any time, and half of everything you have paid comes off the $2,499. There is no discount path on the purchase price itself.

What happens if I stop paying?

If you bought it outright, nothing happens. It is yours. If you rent at $297 a month, the site comes down, automatically, and you own nothing. That is the trade for no setup fee and no minimum term. The optional $47/mo support on an owned build can be cancelled any time and you keep everything.

Pricing details

How is paid ads pricing structured?

Management starts at $750 a month per service area. Your ad spend is separate and you pay the platform direct, so there is no markup on it from us. More service areas, or a mix that runs search and Meta together, get scoped on the strategy call. What does not change: month-to-month after the first 90 days, you own your accounts and tracking, no surprise upsells.

See lead generation

What is the cancellation policy on ads management?

Month-to-month after the first 90 days. The 90-day initial term covers the time it takes to set up tracking, optimize campaigns, and produce meaningful data. After that, cancel anytime.

Ads management policy

Do you bill markup on ad spend?

No. Ad spend is pass-through. You pay the platforms (Google, Meta) directly through your own accounts. Our management fee is separate and disclosed up front.

Do I own my website, content, and Google Ads accounts?

Yes, all of it. Your site, your domain, your codebase, your CMS, your blog content, your Google Ads account, your Google Business Profile, your Meta Business Manager. We operate under your ownership; we never lock you to an agency-owned asset.

Is there a free trial?

No free trial on the website build, the work is real and starts on day 1. We offer a free 45-minute strategy call to confirm fit before any commitment. If we're not the right agency for you, we'll tell you on that call.

Build process

How a project goes from kickoff to launch, and what to expect along the way.

How long does the website build take?

Seven days from handover. The clock starts when you hand over your logo, photos, Google profile access, the service list, the town list and the domain, not when you pay. A client who takes three weeks to send photos is the most common reason a build takes a month.

How we ship, /process

Can I edit the site myself after launch?

Yes. We build on a modern React stack with straightforward content editing. We'll show you how during handoff. If you'd rather have us handle edits, renting at $297 a month includes unlimited edits, and owned builds can add optional $47/mo support for small ones.

Build details

Do you guarantee rankings?

No agency that's honest will guarantee specific rankings, because Google's algorithm and your local competitive landscape are outside any agency's control. What we do guarantee: real schema, sub-2s LCP, conversion-optimized layout, 20+ pages of content at launch, and a content cadence that keeps publishing. Those are the inputs to ranking. Outcomes follow inputs.

See /process

What if my site already exists, do you redesign or start from scratch?

Depends on what you have. If your existing site is on a modern stack and the bones are good, we can rebuild on top. If it's on Wix, Squarespace, or an outdated WordPress build, starting fresh is usually faster and cheaper. We'll tell you which during the strategy call.

Ask on the strategy call

How is your build different from HighLevel funnels?

HighLevel is a CRM and funnel builder, not a real website platform. Page speed is poor, SEO is limited, URLs aren't structured the way Google wants. Use HighLevel for sales funnels and CRM. Use a real website (this one) for your primary domain.

What is the optional $47/mo support?

It is for owned builds only, and it is optional. Text edits when you need them, a monthly ranking report, and we stay reachable for questions. It is not hosting: if you own the site you host it yourself. Renting at $297 a month already includes hosting, SSL, backups, unlimited edits and new pages every month, so the $47 never applies there.

Verticals & specialization

Who we work with, who we don't, and why the focus matters.

What verticals do you work with?

Turf cleaning, turf installation, pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, landscape construction, lawn care, lawn treatment, tree services, hardscaping, concrete and driveways, irrigation, fence installation, deck building, snow removal, outdoor lighting, holiday lighting. Nineteen exterior service trades.

See all services

What if I am not in one of your 19 verticals?

We'll be honest: you probably want a different agency. We focus on exterior services because that's where we know the buyer journey, the keywords, and the conversion patterns. A plumber or an electrician would get better results from someone who specializes in their trade.

Which verticals fit

Why turf cleaning as the flagship?

It's the trade we started in. We learned the buyer (homeowners with pets, sports fields, commercial property managers), the seasonality (summer spikes), the unit economics, and what makes the website convert. Every playbook in the 19 verticals was built off the turf cleaning foundation. Turf is still the flagship credential.

Do you handle pet-turf businesses differently from sport-turf?

Yes. Pet-turf cleaning is sold on odor removal and sanitation; sport-turf is sold on infill restoration and longevity. The copy, the photos, and even the ad creative are different. We build separate landing pages for each angle when both apply.

Turf cleaning vertical

Will the same playbook work in my city?

If your metro has 50k+ households with backyards (for residential trades) or meaningful commercial property density (for B2B trades), yes. We run a free competitive scan on the strategy call to confirm before we sell you the build.

The sales system

The third step: what happens to a lead after it arrives.

What is the sales system, and do I need it?

It is the layer underneath the website and the ads: the lead gets captured, answered, and followed up until they book or say no. You do not need it to start. Plenty of owners run the website first and do the follow-up themselves. You need it when the follow-up is the thing you keep dropping, which for most people is the week the ads start working.

What it does

How does it connect to the website and the ads?

Everything lands in one place. A form on your site, a call you missed, a lead from Facebook or Google: they all arrive in the same pipeline and get the same follow-up, so nothing sits unanswered because it came in through a different door. You see which ones need you and which ones are being handled.

How the three fit together

Do I own the sales system, the way I can own the website?

No, and the difference is worth understanding before you buy. A website is a thing that can be handed over, so you can own that outright. The sales system is software that has to keep running: it answers leads, sends follow-ups and holds your pipeline. Like any other customer system, access ends when the subscription does. Your customer data is yours and you can take it with you.

What it does

What is the cancellation policy on the sales system?

Month to month. Give us notice and it stops at the end of that month. There is no term to sign and nothing to buy your way out of.

What it does

What does the sales system cost?

There is no set price, because it is built around how your business actually works rather than sold off a shelf. What it costs depends on what it has to do. We scope it on the call and you get the number there, before anything is built.

Step 1 vs Step 2 (websites vs ads)

How the website and ads layers work together, and why the order matters.

Why do you require a Step 1 website before running ads?

Running paid ads to a low-converting website is the most common way service businesses waste $2,000 to $5,000 per month. A brochure site converts 0.5 to 1.5% of paid traffic; a conversion-first site converts 4 to 8%. Same ad spend, 6 to 10x worse cost per booked job on the brochure site. We've made this a hard policy because we've watched too many operators burn money trying to skip Step 1.

Step 2 details

How long after Step 1 does Step 2 start?

60 to 90 days. That window lets the foundation (Google Business Profile, reviews, organic SEO, lead-routing automation) settle in. When paid ads layer on top of a fully optimized foundation, ROAS is dramatically higher. Skipping the 60 to 90-day window leaves money on the table.

What is the realistic ROAS on Step 2 ads?

10 to 25x in healthy markets with a converting website and 50+ Google reviews. Below 8x ROAS usually indicates a website conversion problem or a review-count problem. Our typical operator at $300 to $500 average ticket runs 12 to 18x blended ROAS across all channels.

Ads management

Which ad channels do you run?

Google Local Service Ads (Local Services Ads) as the workhorse for residential, Google Search for commercial and brand defense, Facebook lead-gen for $250+ ticket trades, Facebook retargeting + lookalike for all clients, Performance Max for retargeting at scale. Channel mix depends on your trade.

How long until ads produce results?

Local Services Ads and Search produce leads within 1 to 2 weeks of campaign launch. Quality and cost-efficiency optimize over 30 to 60 days as Google learns your conversion patterns. Full system payback typically lands at month 4 to 6 for established operators.

Do you handle the ad creative?

Yes. Ad copy, headline variants, landing-page adjustments, and creative iteration are included in the management fee. For Facebook video creative, we coordinate with you to capture real install / cleaning / project footage during your normal work, we do not require a separate creative budget for most accounts.

Working with us

How the engagement works day-to-day and what to expect from us.

What is the exclusive-territory model?

We run ads for one client per trade per service area, and it holds while the retainer runs, not one day longer. Stop the retainer and the area goes back on the board. If you operate a turf cleaning business in Phoenix and we sign you, we won't take another turf cleaning client in Phoenix. This protects your investment and aligns our incentives with your growth. If your territory is already taken, we'll be straight about that on the strategy call.

Ads management

Who is my point of contact?

Ty Stevens (founder) handles strategy + reporting; a small operations team handles day-to-day build and account management. You'll never get bounced through a junior call center, engagements are intentionally kept small enough that the founder is in the room.

See the case studies

How often will I hear from you?

Weekly during the build (Step 1), async + one short check-in call. Monthly during steady-state (Step 1 rental or Step 2 ads), performance dashboard + a 30-minute review call. Anytime via email for urgent issues.

What's expected from me?

About 2 to 3 hours total in the first week (kickoff call, content questionnaire, asset upload). After launch: ~30 minutes/month to review reporting and approve content drafts. We do not want a client we have to chase for decisions every week.

Where are you based?

United States. We work remote with US-based service businesses across all 50 states. We don't outsource client work overseas.

What if I just want a website audit before committing?

We offer a free game plan. Tell us about your business, pick a time, and on the call we look at what you have now, whether that is a site that is not working or nothing at all, and show you what we would build.

Still have questions?

The strategy call covers anything not on this page. We will audit your current setup, answer specifics about your trade and city, and tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
