Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of To The Max Media's marketing services for turf cleaning businesses, including Facebook advertising campaign management, lead generation systems, marketing automation, and website design services. They set out service fees and payment terms, client responsibilities, intellectual property ownership, confidentiality obligations, and termination procedures. Advertising management billed monthly is month to month, and either party may end it at any time by written notice (email is sufficient). Ending it stops the next monthly charge; the fee for a month that has already begun is not refunded. Advertising management for a fixed service period, and all other services, end as set out in the client's service agreement. Last updated September 26, 2026.

Except where explicitly stated in writing in a service agreement, To The Max Media does not guarantee specific results, lead volumes, or return on investment. Fee schedules, refund eligibility, and any guarantee terms are defined in each client's individual service agreement. Disputes arising from these terms are resolved through binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules.

Text Messaging (SMS)

Text messaging is optional. If you check the text messaging box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from To The Max Media about your inquiry, including replies to your questions, appointment scheduling, and reminders for calls you book with us.

  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
  • Message frequency varies, typically a few messages per month.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to cancel. Reply HELP for help.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
