ROI is a projection, not a guarantee. Real conversion lift depends on traffic quality, competitive landscape, and the specific bottlenecks on your current site. Book a call for a real audit. Reference numbers from our cost + ROI breakdown.

How the projection is worked out

The calculator turns leads into booked jobs, and jobs into revenue. Your monthly leads times your current conversion rate is the number of jobs you book now. The same leads times your target rate is the number you would book if more of them turned into jobs. Each job is worth your average ticket, and twelve months of the difference is the yearly lift.

With the starting numbers above, 30 leads a month at 15 percent is 4.5 jobs, or $18,900 a year at a $350 ticket. At 30 percent it is 9 jobs, or $37,800 a year, so the lift is $18,900.

The year one ROI multiple divides that lift by $2,499, the one-time price to own the site, which comes to 7.6x here. Months to break even divides $2,499 by the monthly lift, $1,575, and rounds up to 2. Renting at $297 a month costs $3,564 in year one, so the same lift pays that back later.

Three things the math leaves out on purpose. The lift is revenue, not profit: what it costs you to do the extra jobs comes out of it. Each job counts once, with no repeat customers or referrals. And your lead count stays fixed, so a site that also brings in more leads is not credited for them. Change the sliders to your own numbers and the projection follows.
