Honest cost ranges for a service business website in 2026 based on your actual scope. No marketing-funnel inflation, no DIY underestimates.

What agencies charge for this scope
$3,500 to $10,500
Typical agency monthly
$150 to $500/mo

Your scope is bigger than the fixed $2,499 offer covers. Mid-tier agencies price this tier at $10,000 to $25,000 (see the tier table in our cost breakdown, 2026). We do not publish a number above the fixed offer, because what a build like yours costs depends on how many service areas and how much content it actually needs. Book the call and you leave with a written scope and a price, whether or not you hire us.

Want this priced for your actual towns?

The estimate above is a range. Eight quick questions and I will price it against the towns you actually work, then you can pick a time.

Estimates are decision-support ranges based on our breakdown in Service Business Website Cost 2026. Real quotes depend on factors no calculator can capture, competitive landscape, content quality bar, integration specifics. Book a call for a real scope review.

How the estimate is worked out

Every estimate starts from the same place: a ten page site with no extras, which runs $1,500 to $4,000 across the market. Each choice you make above then moves both ends of the range.

Pages past the first ten add $150 to $400 each, and past twenty-five each one adds $350 to $1,000, because a site that size needs planning and not just more of the same. Town and service pages add $800 to $2,500. Online booking adds $400 to $1,500, a CRM connection $500 to $2,000 and taking payments $600 to $2,500. Launch content is the widest swing: a light set of posts adds $800 to $2,500 and a heavy one $2,500 to $8,000.

The monthly figure is hosting and upkeep at $50 to $300, plus $100 to $500 if you chose a content cadence. The ranges are wide on purpose. They describe what the market charges for that scope, from its low end to its high end, and they follow the tier table in our website cost guide. They are not our prices. Ours is fixed for a standard build: $2,499 to own it or $297 a month to rent it. Anything larger gets scoped on a call.
